First place the brake caliper on mechanic's wire support so you can keep the hydraulic flexible brake hose connected during the replacement process to avoid brake fluid leaks. First unlock the caliper from its bracket while keeping the hydraulic Brake Line connected. After that uninstall the front brake pads. New Brake Caliper Bracket bolts arrive with thread compound that should be replaced with any worn or removed fasteners to keep both the vehicle control and owner safe at all times. Take out the caliper bracket through its bolt release. Coat the bolt boots and bushings with silicone grease before fitting the caliper bracket into place. Secure the bracket using its bolts and tighten them to 180 nm (133 ft. Lbs.). Put back the brake pads and brake caliper last.

Take these steps before replacing the front Brake Caliper Bracket: keeping the brake hose attachment intact, hold up the caliper unit to avoid suspension. First remove the caliper while replacing any fasteners you take out or loosen to avoid vehicle control problems and injuries. The brake caliper bolts under part number 12345678 arrive at the shop with ready-to-use thread encapsulation. Disconnect the brake hose and hold up the caliper. Then remove the split bolts (part number 87654321) and extract both the caliper bracket (part number 11223344). Unbolt the boot fasteners (part number 44556677) and the bushings from the bracket. Check the bracket for weak spots and order a new one when required. Store silicone grease on the bolt boots and bushings and reinsert them into their positions on the caliper bracket. Attach the caliper bracket using the bolts while nutting them to 185 nm (137 ft. Lbs.). Finally, reinstall the caliper.

Install the caliper bracket using the bracket bolts, tightening them to 185 Nm (137 ft. lbs.), and finally, reinstall the caliper.

Lubricate them with silicone grease before installing them back into the caliper bracket.
