    Q:
How to Service and Repair the Washer Reservoir on Buick LeSabre? Posted by Customer
    A:
To replace the Washer Reservoir you should detach the right front fascia and disconnect washer connections from the Washer Pump and washer level sensor. Unfasten three reservoir mounting nuts and take out the Washer Reservoir from the vehicle after removing its pump part. First locate the Washer Pump and pick it up to slot it back into the Washer Reservoir. Place the assembly onto the vehicle and thread the 3 nuts tightly to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Realign the electrical wires one by one in this order: washer level sensor, Washer Pump connector, and Washer Pump. Then connect the washer hose to the Washer Pump before you put back the right side front panel.

Detach the three Washer Reservoir nuts and then drop the reservoir from the vehicle before removing the Washer Pump from this part. Reinsert the Washer Pump into the Washer Reservoir before setting the reservoir on its proper vehicle location. Put the three nuts in place and torque them to 53 lb in at 6 n.m. Plug the washer level sensor power connector first then connect the Washer Pump connector afterward. Install the washer hose onto the Washer Pump last.
