    The procedure to replace envoy and envoy xuv front Bumper fascia starts with grille removal before unfastening the top fascia to headlamp housing panel bolts and push-pin. Start by supporting the vehicle to raise it up. Then remove the 3 push-pins which connect the fascia to both fascia support rods and also remove the fog lamps. Afterward you should detach the cornering lamps. The next step requires you to remove the fascia air deflector and the 4 push-pins located at the fascia base where it attaches to the headlamp housing panel. The attachment tabs on the body side should be released while pulling the fascia forward to complete removal. Position the fascia on the vehicle with complete seating of body side attachment tabs. Then attach the headlamp housing panel using 4 push-pins at the bottom before installing 3 additional push-pins to connect the fascia support rods. After reattaching the air deflector, cornering lamps and fog lamps users should lower the vehicle. Secure the top of the fascia to the headlamp housing panel using 2 bolts at 10 n.m (89 lb in) torque setting before clipping the push-pin to the center area and lastly reinstall the grille.
