Window Regulator, Front Driver Side

Begin the replacement of the front side door window regulator with trim panel and water deflector removal procedure. The first step needs to remove the window from the door while also disconnecting the electrical connector that might exist. You must detach the two bolts driving the power window regulator yet discard the three screws holding the manual window regulator. You must detach the regulator cam nut before removing the two rivets and the window regulator cam bolt to pull out the regulator. To mount the regulator properly insert it through the access opening first until the bottom reaches while you rotate the top down while clearing the opening. Position the holes between the door inner panel before tightening the two door window regulator bolts at 10 N.m (89 lb in.). Fasten the upper left rivet and lower right rivet first before securing the door window regulator cam bolt and tightening its nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in). Connect the electrical connector if present and reinstall the window followed by water deflector before installing the trim panel.

Install the rivets while adhering to the Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
