How to replace the liftgate hinge on Buick Terraza? Posted by Customer
    A:
To replace the liftgate hinge start by taking off the liftgate and moving on to the headliner. Set the liftgate hinge position with a grease pencil on the body and detach the retaining nuts found on the roof before taking the hinge down. During installation line up the hinge marks from the body with their matching positions. Do this to comply with Fastener Notice specifications. Locate the hinge retaining nuts and fit them properly before squeezing the liftgate hinge nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). Reattach both the headliner and the liftgate after completion.
