    Q:
How to replace the wiper motor on Chevrolet Cobalt? Posted by Customer
    A:
Start your wiper motor replacement by taking off the air inlet grille and the wiper drive system module. Delink the wiper crank arm from the motor by removing its securing nut. Unscrew the wiper motor from its mounting place before pulling it away from the wiper drive system module. You need to put the wiper motor on top of the wiper drive system module and install its screws before tightening them to 8 N.m (71 lb in). Twist the wiper motor crank arm directly on top of the wiper motor then install the crank arm nut while tightening it to 25 N.m (18 pound feet). Reinstall the wiper drive system part along with the air inlet grille.
