The replacement process for the A/C Orifice Tube requires the usage of A/C Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging (ACR4) System (J 39500-B) to extract refrigerant from the A/C system. You should assemble the A/C evaporator tube then tighten its O-ring joint connections to 27 N.m (20 lb ft). Proceed by reattaching the A/C evaporator hose to retaining clips then charge the system and complete the process with the Electronic Halogen Leak Detector (J 39400-A).
