    The replacement process for the Fuel Filler Hose begins with removing both the fuel fill cap and fuel fill pipe housing. Raise the vehicle securely while removing the fuel fill pipe bracket nut. The procedure begins with unbolting the fuel fill pipe ground strap then loosening the fuel hose clamp. The separation of the fuel hose must occur from the tank while using a cap to seal the exposed Fuel Tank end. Start by cutting off the push pin fastener then remove the fuel filler pipe from its place on the vehicle. To reinstall the pipe fit it into position on the vehicle and fasten it by using the push pin fastener . Before filling the tank uncork it and attach the fuel hose while tightening the fuel fill hose clamp to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Secure the ground strap bolt for the fuel fill pipe by tightening it to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Tighten the fuel fill pipe bracket nut with a torque of 10 n.m corresponding to 89 lb in at the bottom of the vehicle. Reinstall both the fuel fill pipe housing along with the fuel fill cap at the end of the process.

Start the procedure by striking the fuel fill pipe ground strap bolt loose before loosening the hose clamp then detaching the fuel fill hose from the pipe. Continue by taking out the fuel fill pipe before sealing the exposed fuel fill hose end. According to service precautions with fastener notice, install the fuel fill pipe through the fuel fill hose after uncapping it. Position the fuel fill hose to the fuel fill pipe and use the fuel fill hose clamp to fasten it at 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Fasten the fuel fill pipe ground strap bolt while securing it to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Lower the car while you connect the fuel fill pipe bracket nut through its installation steps until it reaches 10 n.m torques (89 lb in torque). The procedure ends with placing the fuel fill pipe housing followed by installation of the fuel filler cap.
