Begin Ambient Air Temperature Sensor replacement by taking off the upper air deflector. Retaining tabs on the sensor must be pushed downwards to detach the ambient air temperature sensor while disconnecting the electrical connector. Originally connect the electrical connector to the ambient air temperature sensor before aligning retaining tabs under the sensor hole below and pushing upwards to install. Mount the upper air deflector as the final step.

To replace the ambient air temperature sensor disconnect the electrical connector from the ambient air temperature sensor and remove the retainer and take out the ambient air temperature sensor from the vehicle. For installation you have to place the ambient temperature sensor properly, fit the retainer and finally connect the electrical connector to the ambient air temperature sensor .

To replace the ambient air-temperature sensor, take the air inlet grille off first. Then, free the electrical connector from ambient air temperature sensor. Detach the tabs that lock the sensor to the radiator support bracket and pull out the sensor from the bracket. For installation, align the sensor on the radiator support bracket making the retaining tabs fully seated. Plug the electrical connector into the ambient air temperature sensor, and lastly, reinstate the air inlet grille.

The first step to replace the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor requires that you remove the air inlet grille. So begin by unplugging the ambient air temperature sensor connector then pop out the tabs that connect the sensor to the radiator support bracket. Take the sensor off its bracket position at the radiator support point. Position the sensor on top of the radiator support bracket while pressing until the retaining tabs fully secure into position. Secure the air inlet grille after connecting the electrical connector to the ambient air temperature sensor.

Start the replacement of the ambient Air Temperature Sensor by taking off the air inlet grille. You must disconnect the electrical connector to the ambient Air Temperature Sensor before releasing the tabs which maintain the sensor on the radiator support bracket. Take the sensor off its position on the radiator support bracket. Position the sensor onto the radiator support bracket before making sure the retaining tabs are fully seated. To complete the procedure insert the electrical connector to the ambient Air Temperature Sensor and place the air inlet grille for reinstallation.

You need to take out the I/P upper trim panel at the beginning to access the upper right air temperature sensor. After that, separate the electrical connector from the upper right air temperature sensor and pull the sensor out from the air distributor duct . During installation, put the upper right air temperature sensor on the air distributor duct and then attach the electrical connector to it. The last step is to put back the I/P upper trim panel.

The procedure to replace the lower right Air Temperature Sensor requires sequential removal of i/p lower closeout panel, right floor duct then Center Console. Begin by disconnecting the electrical connector that controls the lower right Air Temperature Sensor then remove it from its location. Begin installation by putting on the new lower right Air Temperature Sensor then reconnecting its electrical connector. Begin by installing the Center Console then place the right floor duct in position and complete the reassembly by final installation of the i/p lower closeout panel.

Begin sensor replacement of the upper right air temperature sensor by taking off the I/P upper trim panel first. First disconnect the electrical connector from the upper right air temperature sensor before extracting the sensor from the air distributor duct . Follow this procedure for sensor installation: start by attaching the upper right air temperature sensor to the air distributor duct before connecting its electrical connector and reinstalling the I/P upper trim panel.

The replacement of the Duct Air Temperature Sensor situated on the lower right side requires initial removal of both the passenger side closeout panel together with the I/P lower closeout panel. Start by disconnecting the electrical connector that serves the air temperature sensor-lower right and follow this by removing the sensor. Start installation by mounting the new air temperature sensor-lower right and completing the electrical connector connection. Reinstall passenger side closeout panel followed by I/P lower closeout panel.

Replacement of the Cabin Temperature Sensor requires initial removal of left windshield garnish molding alongside left center pillar assist handle, center pillar garnish molding and left sunshade. Use care when pulling down the headliner before disconnecting the inside air temperature sensor electrical connector. To disassemble the sensor, first take off the inside air temperature sensor from the headliner before completing sensor grille removal and full sensor extraction. Attach new components in the following order: sensor grille to the headliner then install the inside air temperature sensor and connect its electrical connector. The installation sequence requires left sunshade replacement after left center pillar garnish molding and left center assist handle and left windshield garnish molding reinstallation.

Revision of the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor begins with removing the radiator grille from the vehicle. Initial steps involve removing the sensor's push pin retainer on the radiator support brace then disconnecting the electrical connector from the sensor. Follow these steps to install the sensor: hook up the electrical connector to the device and put it back onto the radiator support brace using the push pin retainer. Last, reinstall the vehicle's radiator grille.

The front grille needs removal for Ambient Air Temperature Sensor replacement. Extract the sensor unit from its position in the panel assembly before disconnecting its electrical connector from the sensor. Follow these installation steps: Position the sensor onto the panel assembly then attach the electrical connector to the sensor and replace the sensor onto the panel assembly . Finally, reinstall the front grille.

Rotate the lower air temperature sensor counterclockwise.

Reinstall the radiator sight shield.

Reinstall the right front floor console extension panel.

Remove the left closeout panel and the knee bolster.

Secure the sensor with the fastener.

Take out the push pin retainer securing the sensor on the radiator support brace and disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.

Remove the radiator grille from the vehicle.

Position the upper left air temperature sensor back onto the air distributor duct and reconnect the electrical connector to the sensor.

Finally, reinstall the radio.

Next, disconnect the electrical connector from the air temperature sensor - upper right.

Position the sensor onto the radiator support bracket and ensure the retaining tabs are fully seated.

Remove the sensor from the HVAC module.

Place the new air temperature sensor-lower left in position, reconnect the electrical connector, and finally reinstall the I/P assembly.

Reinstall the left sunshade, left center pillar garnish molding, left center assist handle, and finally the left windshield garnish molding.

Remove the sensor from the HVAC module.

First, remove the upper left air temperature sensor from the air distributor duct and disconnect the electrical connector from the upper left air temperature sensor.

Connect the electrical connector to the upper air temperature sensor.

Connect the electrical connector to the sensor.
