The first step to replace the air spring leveling sensor involves removing the air suspension system fuse in order to avoid calibration problems. Regularly check that the vehicle rests on a flat ground before performing inspections of tire pressure and air suspension components to detect any signs of damage. Begin by raising the vehicle then support it while removing the rear tire together with its wheels. You must support the rear axle to establish its proper d height position. The sensor replacement process starts by disconnecting both the air spring level sensor link from the upper Control Arm and its electrical connector. Mounting bolts should be removed for removing the sensor. Installation requires attachment of the air spring level sensor link to the upper Control Arm with sensor alignment accuracy followed by removing the locating pin before commencing the operation. Secure the sensor onto the frame mounting bolts then fasten them at 8 nm torque. Complete the installation by connecting the electrical wires. Follow this sequence to install the rear tire and wheels on the vehicle afterward you must lower the vehicle before placing the air suspension system fuse back in. During a one-minute engine operation verify that the air spring leveling system works properly before inspecting d height.

A replacement of the air spring leveling sensor requires removing the air suspension system fuse first to avoid calibration problems. Support the rear axle and set it to the proper D height according to Trim Height Specifications.
