You must disconnect the vacuum hose together with remaining hose clamps and hoses from the hot water flow control valve prior to removing the valve. Use this order to install the new hot water flow control valve by positioning it correctly followed by hose clamp and hose reinstallation and vacuum hose attachment. Secure the access panel nut by placing it until it reaches a full position without damaging the thread. Finally, fill the cooling system.
