The replacement process for an Evaporator core begins with carrying out the hvac module assembly uninstallation and continuing with removing the Heater Core and Evaporator tubes sealing material. As part of the replacement process detach the upper hvac Evaporator case followed by removing the Evaporator core. After filling the Evaporator with correct refrigerant oil add the Evaporator core to the module housing while following the warning in service precautions about fasteners. Reinstall the upper hvac Evaporator case while securing its screws to 1.4 n.m (12 lb in) torque. The installation process concludes by fitting a seal around both Evaporator pipes and Heater Core and then reinstalling the hvac component.
