To access the evaporator core, detach the HVAC module assembly and the seal to the heater core and the evaporator tube. Half of the HVAC evaporator case may be separated to expose the evaporator core and to remove it. Insert refrigerant oil, mount the core and rejoin the HVAC module making sure that all the screws and seals are in place.
