How to replace the Heater Core on 2000 Cadillac Catera?

In order to change the heater core, turn off the battery negative cable and empty the cooling system. Take off the heater hose quick connects, steering column and I/P carrier. Remove the retaining screws, bracket heater core pipe, blower motor housing. Install heater core with a rubber seal, reassemble all parts and fill up with the cooling system.
