How to Change the Rack and Pinion Boot on 2000 Cadillac Eldorado?

Remove outer tie rod and hex jam nut and replace rack and pinion boot and breather tube. Remove the tie rod end clamp and boot clamp, the latter should be discarded. Mark the position of the breather tube, and then remove both parts. Replace the boot clamp, grease the assemblies and get everything squared up before clamping everything in place.
