In order to service and repair the steering knuckle, lift the car and take away the wheel and tire. Take out the bearing assembly of rotor and front wheel. Separate the tie rod and ball joint and steering knuckle using the relevant tools. Install the steering knuckle, tightening all the parts correctly and making sure that the wheels are aligned.
