The tube replacement process requires both the orifice and the pressure sensor to be eliminated. After consuming mineral base refrigerant oil 525 viscosity apply it lightly to new o-rings before placing the orifice followed by the pressure sensor if required and finally installing the new o-rings. When reinstalling the a/c evaporator tube to the vehicle use 16 n.m (12 lb ft) torque on the a/c evaporator tube bolt at the condenser before moving to install and tighten the a/c evaporator tube bolt at the module to this same torque specification. The next procedure involves restoring the electrical connection to the a/c refrigerant pressure sensor followed by a/c system recharging then conducting a leak test on the system.
