The Heater Core bracket and screw must be eliminated first followed by the removal of the Heater Core. Install the Heater Core into the module after following the fastener notice in service precautions. Structure the Heater Core bracket using the provided screw which must be tightened to 1 n.m (9 lb in). Two steps complete the installation: reinstall the Heater Core case cover followed by its screws with the specified torque setting of 1 n.m (9 lb in) before putting back the hvac module.
