In order to change the brake pads, drain master cylinder reservoir. Lift the car, take off the tire and make the piston squeeze with a C-clamp. Take off the caliper, take off the pads and stick on new ones with dampener clips. Apply lubrication to caliper pins, lock up the caliper and replace the tire.
