How to service and repair brake shoes on 2000 Chevrolet Metro?

In order to service and repair the brake shoes, the drum and shoe hold-down springs and then the shoe return springs, linings, and adjuster should be removed. Remove the parking brake cable and check all the parts to wear. Put grease over contact points, and replace parts and drum.
