How to Replace a Power Steering Hose on 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

At the beginning of Power Steering Hose replacement tasks start by raising the vehicle with a method of support while placing a drain pan beneath. First remove the tire along with wheel assembly along with disconnecting the return hose from both the Power Steering Pump and power steering cooler pipe. Take out the rubber segment of the power steering return hose before taking it away from the vehicle. When installing the hoses start with vehicle attachment of the rubber section followed by connecting the hose to Power Steering Pump and power steering cooler pipe. Follow this step by taking out the drain pan before reinstalling the wheel assembly and tire together and then lowering the vehicle. The power steering system needs to be filled before bleeding it to eliminate air from the system. The last step should include a leak inspection of the power steering system.
