How to Replace a Brake Light Switch for Cruise Control on 2001 Buick Century?

The cruise release switch will have to be replaced as follows: remove the instrument panel insulator, disconnect the electrical connector from the cruise release switch, take the switch off of its retainers on the brake pedal bracket. For installation, position the cruise release switch back to the retainer on the brake pedal bracket and attach electrical connector. Turn the cruise release switch to the required position, and finally, install the left side instrument panel insulator.
