How to replace the outer tie rod end on 2001 Buick LeSabre?

In order to change the outer tie rod end, lift the car and take off the tire. Loose the lock nut that is on the outer tie rod and loosen the jam nut on the inner tie rod. Loosen the outer tie rod with a puller, and then loosen the jam nut before re-attaching. Lastly, replace the tire and also realign the toe.
