A new Throttle Body gasket should go onto the upper Intake Manifold while you install the Throttle Body followed by secure nut attachment with a torque setting of 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Screw the air cleaner intake duct into place alongside the Throttle Body support bracket using 10 nm (89 inch lbs.) torque. After installation of the Fuel Rail assembly and engine wiring harness heat shield come the fasteners which need to be tightened to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). To complete the procedure install the MAP Sensor then connect the right Spark Plug Wires to the ignition module before installing the evaporative emission canister purge valve and manifold vacuum source while finishing with the fuel injector sight shield.
