You need to begin by disconnecting the AIR shutoff valve followed by following the removal sequence to take out the ignition cassette retaining bolts before extracting the ignition cassette. Install the ignition cassette by first positioning its grounding spring and insulator correctly and afterward connect spark plug boots to spark plugs followed by safe installation of the ignition cassette. Fasten the ignition cassette retaining bolts with an installation torque of 9 N.m (80 lb in) to the specified sequence of torques. Finish the installation by reinserting the AIR shutoff valve followed by connecting the electrical cables of both the AIR vent solenoid and ignition cassette before installing the fuel injector sight shield.
