How to replace the Radiator Grille Emblem on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

Use the Heat Gun tool J 25070 twice as follows to remove the Radiator Grille Emblem: first heat the emblem and then apply circular passes at 152 mm distance to pull it out. Use a plastic tool to lift off either the wreath or the crest from the grille while avoiding contact with paint. Remove the old glue from the emblem area with the plastic flat-bladed tool and clean it with 3M(R) P/N 07501 or similar adhesive remover. Clean the area with soap and water then dry it using a cotton cloth without lint. Prepare the surface by wiping it with a clean lint-free cloth soaked in this alcohol-water mix. Avoid touching the tape with your hands and keep it away from dirt. Place the emblem onto the grille by matching its holes with pins on the backside (1 and 2). Use light pressure for 30 seconds to secure the emblem properly.
