How to replace the Radius Heat Shield for the power steering gear on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

To change the power steering gear heat shield, first, lift and support the vehicle. Take off stabilizer shaft links and rotate stabilizer shaft downwards. Next,you will detach the electrical harness clip and remove the mounting bolt and then you will take off the heat shield. For installation, position the new power steering gear heat shield and ensure that you follow the fastener notice for correct installation. Screw the heat shield down with the mounting bolts, torquing them to 9 nm (79 inch lbs), then reinstall the electrical harness clip. Untwist the stabilizer shaft and reinstall the stabilizer shaft links before lowering of the vehicle.
