How to replace the Rack and Pinion Boot on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

To change the rack and pinion boot, take-out the outer tie rod and hex jam nut. Disattach the tie rod end clamp and pull off the old boot clamp. Check the boot on damaged, drain the boot and clean. Install new boot clamp, lubricate and securely seat and then crimp the clamp.
