How to service and repair the Ride Height Sensor and Bracket on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

The service and repair of the Ride Height Sensor and bracket should begin by raising the vehicle. Disconnect all links starting with the height sensor actuating arm and suspension Control Arm followed by separating the height sensor connector from its position in the vehicle harness connector. The service begins by uninstalling the four nuts together with the bracket that secures the height sensor. Install the bracket onto the height sensor by using the four nuts while tightening them to 3 nm (26 inch lbs.). Mount the height sensor on the vehicle together with its bracket by attaching two bolts that should reach torque specifications of 6 nm (54 inch lbs.). Lower the vehicle first then attach the link to both height sensor actuating arm and suspension Control Arm. Adjust the height sensor according to requirements before completion.
