The fittings of the component must undergo leak-testing with the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A). After removing the evaporator tube from the evaporator you should remove its o-ring seal and then the grille. You should disconnect the evaporator tube from the condenser and take out the o-ring seal. The o-ring requires 525 viscosity refrigerant oil application before mounting it into place.
