How to replace the A/C Hose for the auxiliary evaporator side inlet tube on 2001 Chevrolet Astro?

To displace the auxiliary evaporator side inlet tube recuperate the refrigerant from the system and elevate and support the vehicle. Remove the inlet tube side of the auxiliary evaporator from the rear and front tube of the auxiliary evaporator, ensuring the removal of the O-ring seal. Then, remove the bolts holding the clips on the auxiliary side inlet tube to the body and take the tube off the vehicle. For installation, connect the new auxiliary evaporator side inlet tube to the vehicle attaching it through bolts tightening them to 4 N.m (35 lb in). Place a new O-ring seal coated with 525 viscosity refrigerant oil and join the tube to auxiliary evaporator front inlet tube and tighten it to 27N.m (20 lb ft). Repeat the O ring installation for the connection with the rear tubes belonging to the auxiliary evaporator, with a tightening value of 27 N.m (20 lb ft). Lastly, lower the vehicle, evacuate the system and re-charge, and conduct leak test on the fittings using Halogen Leak Detector (J 39400-A).
