Before performing the replacement of the Fuel Tank pressure sensor users must first follow the fuel pressure relief procedure followed by the Fuel Tank draining procedure. The vehicle should be lifted per lifting and jacking the vehicle guidelines before removing the Fuel Tank. Start by removing the electrical connector from the ftp sensor after which you should disconnect the Fuel Tank pressure sensor from the modular fuel sender. To correctly install the new Fuel Tank pressure sensor place it onto the modular fuel sender and connect the electrical connector to the Fuel Tank pressure sensor and reinstall the Fuel Tank.
