How to replace a fuel injector on 2001 Chevrolet Impala?

First step to replace a Fuel Injector involves removing the Fuel Rail after which you should remove the Fuel Injector retaining clip to extract the Fuel Injector from the rail. Extract the upper o-ring and lower o-ring from the injector keeping both the electrical connector pins and nozzles intact. Begin with placing the upper o-ring on top and then the lower o-ring on new Fuel Injector before reinstalling it into the Fuel Rail with retaining clip . To inspect fuel leaks attach the Fuel Rail then turn on the ignition for 2 seconds followed by 10 seconds off before turning the ignition on to check for leakage.
