How to service the Fuel Pump Relay on 2001 Chevrolet Lumina?

In order to maintain the fuel pump relay, one has to first switch off the ignition and then strip off the under hood electrical center cover. Then remove the fuel pump relay. To install Add the relay back, replace the cover again and then switch the ignition ON.
