The procedure starts by untucking the front doorside hinge bolts then pulling out the doorside hinge. Next step is extracting the bolts from the bodyside hinge and removing the bodyside hinge. Inset the bodyside hinge in its alignment marks before installing bolts which must be tightened to 33 N.m (24 lb ft). Position the doorside hinge to the body side hinge before installing intermediate hinge bolts onto the front door hinge and torquing them to 33 N.m (24 lb ft). Put the bolts on the doorside hinge before tightening them to 33 N.m (24 lb ft). Next remove the door support and check that the door functions correctly and is properly aligned.
