  A: A replacement condenser process starts by adding 60 ml (2.0 fl oz) of refrigerant oil to the refrigeration system. Start by taking out the cooling fan assembly before discharging and recovering the refrigerant while locking the open fittings to keep dirt and moisture from contaminating the refrigeration system. Move to the condenser inlet/outlet then loosen bolt while rotating plate counterclockwise to separate compressor discharge and liquid line from the condenser. Unscrew one bolt from each radiator support bracket before removing the brackets from the vehicle. Begin by removing the 4 bolts holding the condenser to the radiator support panel. After leaning the radiator backward you can extract the condenser from the vehicle. Secure the new condenser within the vehicle by attaching it to the radiator support panel using four bolts.
