How to replace the blower control switches on 2001 Chevrolet Prizm?

You can start by taking off the center console trim bezel to replace the blower motor switch. Start by removing the 3 knobs attached to the hvac control unit to expose the mounted screws. Unfasten the 2 screws to shift the control unit towards you. After unscrewing them passably you can take the illumination bulbs down and gently push the defogger and air inlet control switch to the side. Pull both electrical connectors from the blower speed and a/c switches before removing the bezel with the A/C Switch from the hvac control unit. Take out the 2 screws that anchor the blower speed switch to the hvac control unit. Fix the blower speed switch to the hvac control unit with 2 screws then insert illumination bulbs. Fit the bezel with A/C Switch to the hvac control unit and join the A/C Switch electrical connector before adding the blower speed switch electrical connector. Install the defogger and air inlet control switch back using its 2 screws before placing the hvac control unit on the instrument panel with its respective screws. Bind all 3 knobs into position before closing the console with its bezel.
