As a first step you should remove the center console trim bezel to replace the blower motor switch. To disconnect the blower speed switch you should draw it away from the hvac control assembly. Pull the hvac control unit forward after unscrewing its two fasteners then remove the illumination bulbs. Detach the blower speed switch electrical connector as well as the a/c switch electrical connector. Twist off these two screws to free the blower speed switch unit from its mounting place on the hvac control panel. Entwine the blower speed switch to the hvac control unit then secure the connection with two screws.
