Do the following step when replacing your accumulator by sliding it upwards through the bracket aperture. New o-rings with 525 viscosity mineral oil applied next follow as installation begins with placing the accumulator into its bracket for bolt tightening to 13 n.m (10 lb ft). After securing the suction hose to the accumulator at 47 n.m (35 lb ft), attach the accumulator hose to the Evaporator and tighten it to 38 n.m (28 lb ft). Reinstall the cruise control actuator motor if necessary before evacuating and recharging the refrigeration system and testing for leaks using the a/c system operation.
