How to replace the Motor and Transmission Mount on the NV 1500 manual transmission on 2001 GMC Jimmy?

Make sure you raise and support the nv 1500 before you begin to replace the manual transmission mount. First, take out the nut connecting the rear Engine Mount to the transmission support, and after that remove the mount to transmission bolts. Lift the transmission a little with the proper transmission jack, and then take the mount off. Simply fit the new mount where it goes and connect it with the bolts, making sure you tighten them to 50 nm (37 ft. Lbs.). Now that the transmission is lowered, put the nut for the rear Engine Mount onto the transmission support and tighten it until you reach 45 nm (33 ft. Lbs.). Finally, lower the vehicle.
