The front crankshaft seal requires service and initially, the crankshaft balancer needs to be removed. The oil seal can be removed with a prying tool and the engine front cover examined to see if there is any damage. Apply clean engine oil to the new seal and apply a seal installer to make sure it is even before replacing the balancer.
