How to replace the Blend Door Actuator in the auxiliary system on 2001 GMC Savana 2500?

Start the air temperature actuator replacement in the auxiliary system by removing the left rear quarter trim panel. At first disconnect the electrical connection from the actuator before you use a screwdriver to remove screws and remove the air temperature actuator from the automobile. Mount the new air temperature actuator into position before tightening its retaining screws to a torque of 1.9 N.m (17 lb in). Complete the installation by connecting the electrical connector at the actuator followed by replacement of the left rear quarter trim panel.
