How to replace the engine oil pressure switch on 2001 GMC Savana 3500?

Removal of the engine cover and the air cleaner assembly is needed to access the engine oil pressure switch. Dislodge the electrical connector of the EOP gauge switch and snap off the switch with the Oil Pressure Switch Socket. Sealant on the threads, fit and screw the switch, and reattach the electrical connector, and reassemble.
