    A: Replace the heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) 1 with the j 39194 Oxygen Sensor wrench (J 39194) when performing removal tasks. First disconnect the fuel injection sight shield then shut off the ignition before proceeding. After removing the ho2s retaining clip from its bracket extract the ho2s electrical connector tab from the retaining clip and remove the electrical connector retainer. Lift the vehicle while maintaining an engine temperature of 48°c (120°F) to simplify Oxygen Sensor extraction. The j 39194 tool helps extract the rear Oxygen Sensor from its position inside the rear Exhaust Manifold. Install the sensor by applying anti-seize compound to threads with p/n 5613695 or equivalent compounds. Tighten the rear Oxygen Sensor into position inside the rear Exhaust Manifold until it reaches 41 n.m (30 lb ft). Connect the electrical connector to the ho2s and attach the electrical connector tab to the bracket while installing the electrical connector retainer, then put back the fuel injection sight shield.
