How to replace the A/C Condenser on 2002 Cadillac Eldorado?

Start by recovering the refrigerant after which you should remove the Radiator. Separate the condenser inlet and outlet lines and the condenser to Radiator attachment bolts prior to removing the condenser. When installing the condenser you must first connect it to the Radiator then torque the bolts to 12 n.m (9 lb ft). Place the Radiator and condenser assembly into the vehicle while you connect refrigerant lines to the condenser with tightness set at 24 n.m (18 lb ft). Recharge the a/c system while performing fittings leak tests using a halogen leak detector (J 39400-A).
