How to replace the air filter on 2002 Cadillac Seville?

The first step to replace the Air Filter requires the removal of the screw holding the resonator to the powertrain control module (PCM) housing. Conduct the following steps: first unzip the Air Filter cover latches and then remove the air resonator and filter cover from the Air Filter housing by gently pulling it upward. First disconnect the mass air flow/intake air temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor electrical connector then remove the Air Filter by clearing all loose debris from the base of the Air Filter. Installation requires a new Air Filter while you reconnect the maf/iat sensor electrical connector before inserting the air resonator and filter cover back into the Air Filter housing. Secure the air resonator by fastening the screw into the pcm housing after snapping both latches.
