How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2002 Cadillac Seville?

Starting your job you must take off the console trim piece. Before removing the blower resistor disconnect its electrical connector and unscrew the resistor fasteners in the back. Mount the new blower resistor into place as you fasten it down with the rear motor resistor hardware. Attach the blower resistor electrical connector after placing back the console trim plate.
