How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2001 Cadillac Seville?

In order to change the blower motor resistor assembly, the console trim plate has to be removed and the electrical connector to the blower resistor needs to be disconnected. Take off the blower resistor and fasten in the new one. Connect the electrical connector again and remove and place the console trim plate.
