How to replace the front wheel bearing and wheel hub on 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

Use a hoist to lift the vehicle and then detach both tire and wheel units prior to wheel bearing and hub replacement. Move on by taking off both drive axle nut and brake rotor. First pull the hub and bearing assembly mounting bolts then lift off the assembly from the Steering Knuckle and drive Axle Shaft. Put the hub bearing assembly back into the Steering Knuckle and drive Axle Shaft components. Secure the hub bearing mounting bolts properly by tightening them to 95 nm (70 ft.lbs). In the next steps install the drive axle nut with 200nm torque using metric units and position the brake plate along with necessary wheel components. Complete the inspection by checking the front wheel alignment.
