  A: To replace the brake caliper, first, check the brake master cylinder reservoir fluid level. If the level proves to be more than midway between maximum-full point and minimum allowable point, remove fluid to bring the fluid to the midway point. Lift up the vehicle and note where the wheel is relative to the hub and bearing assembly so that you can restore it properly. Smash the tire and wheel assembly, placing two wheel nuts on the rotor to the hub and bearing assembly, then replace.
