  A: I will begin Fuel Injector service by taking off the negative Battery Cable. The fuel pressure gauge (J 34730-1A) should be used to free the fuel system pressure before removing the Fuel Rail assembly by maintaining safe treatment of both Fuel Injector electrical connector pins and nozzles.
